What is SwingFit?
SwingFit is a Performance Academy providing expert golf and fitness instruction & training at three first class facilities of Pearl Valley Golf Estate, Pezula Championship Golf Course and Oubaai Golf Estate, with outstanding South African and International coaches. We cater for all abilities and offer individual and group coaching in golf biomechanics, strength and conditioning, mind and swing.
Where is SwingFit based?
SwingFit is based at three sites; the prestigious Pearl Valley Golf Estate in the beautiful wine lands near Franschhoek, at Oubaai, the beautiful Ernie Els signature course overlooking Heroldsbay and at the aptly named Field of Dreams on the stunning Pezula Championship Golf Course. We are also piloting a project of bringing our coaches and training aids to your club.
