1. Job title – Director of Golf – Boland Golf Union
2. Job Mission / Purpose – To direct the administrative processes of the Boland Golf Union, host all local and National tournaments and ensure the efficient running of the Boland Golf Union office.

5. Preferred qualifications
A post matric qualification in general and financial management and applicable experience in the golfing industry will be an advantage.
Holders of a referee’s certificate, as awarded by the R & A Limited. (Should the successful applicant not be a qualified Rules official, the Union will arrange for the candidate to attend and write a Rules Exam which will make up part of his/her probationary requirements)
An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the game of golf and its requirements.

A competitive Salary commensurate with the experience and skills of the applicant is on offer.
9. Working Hours
The job entails a significant amount of weekend work. The successful incumbent will be given time off during the week.
